• Chat & Media Data: Messages, voice notes, photos, videos, and documents exchanged between users. Chat content is encrypted during transmission.
• Audio & Video Permissions: Microphone and camera permissions are requested exclusively when you initiate or receive audio or video calls within the app.
• Device & Notification Data: Device model, OS version, and OneSignal Push Subscription ID to deliver real-time notifications for incoming messages and calls.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• Authenticate user logins via Mobile OTP or Google Sign-In.
• Facilitate 1-on-1 and Group messaging, status updates, and audio/video calling.
• Verify access permissions against our authorized organization database.
• Deliver push notifications for unread messages and incoming calls.

Viindhya Info integrates with trusted third-party service providers to power specific app functionalities:

• Google Play Services & Firebase: Authentication, Firestore database, and Cloud Messaging (FCM).
• OneSignal: Delivery of push notifications.
• Agora SDK: Encrypted real-time audio and video streaming.
